FNDYOU

Privacy Policy

Updated October 10, 2026

This policy explains how FNDYOU handles information submitted through our website, website-concept requests, Facebook and Instagram lead forms, and business communications.

Information you provide

We collect the information you choose to submit, such as your name, email, optional phone number, business name and type, city and state, website address, design preferences, and details about your requested website. We may also keep correspondence and concept or project details to respond to your request. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare website concepts, discuss your requirements, deliver the requested service, and manage related business records. We do not sell your contact information or add you to unrelated marketing lists.

Services involved in processing

Facebook and Instagram lead submissions are processed through Meta. Our website is hosted using Cloudflare. Website form submissions use FormSubmit to deliver information to our business email. Concept requests are sent to our concept-generation service, which may use external AI services to create a visual direction. These providers may process information needed to perform their functions. Their own privacy policies also apply to their services.

Our website uses externally hosted Google Fonts. Your browser may connect to Google to load these fonts. Cloudflare may process technical information for hosting, security, and website performance or traffic measurement. Links to sample websites and social platforms may take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Keeping information

We retain inquiry and project information as needed to follow up, provide the requested service, and maintain necessary business records. Retention may depend on the status of your inquiry or project and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct your information, stop following up, or delete information associated with your inquiry by emailing info@fndyou.com. We may need to verify your request and may retain records where required for legal or business recordkeeping reasons. You can also manage information held by Meta through its own privacy controls.
